Inflation in Lithuania moderates, in line with expectations
- Consumer prices increased by 0.1% in October and were 4.2% higher than a year ago.
- A biggest impact to inflation was due to higher prices of clothes and footwear, which were 2.4% dearer than a month ago. Had the (usually volatile) prices of these two products remained the same, October would have been a month of deflation.
